Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the troubleshooting of service requests related to hardware configuration, software, application, and network problems among others.
  • Tracking and retaining ownership of Incidents and service requests to ensure that service levels are met and call resolution is achieved within the shortest time span possible.
  • Maintain and verify of the system and service monitoring focusing on IT Service Request System, Hardware, and IT inventory system.
  • Manage IT Equipment and accessory such as purchase, donate, record and provide regular update report.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree of Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year solid experience in IT support.
  • Experience in technical background with understanding and/or hands-on.
  • Experience and strongly knowledge of Office365, share-point, and operation support.
  • Have a knowledge of Windows Server, Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skill, coordination with others colleague and Service mind.
  • Good command of English (Both written and spoken)
