Qualifications
Key Competencies of the position
- Confirm production capacity with both Yamaha and non-Yamaha factories.
- Ensure production capacity is optimized and balanced effectively.
- Take responsibility for cost down activities.
- Monitor inhouse part production transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Good command in English especially speaking & writing (Able to communicate in English confidently)
- Experienced in related field e.g. production control / parts control especially in vehicle / parts manufacturing firm especially engineering background with experience in production control is preferred.
- Project management skills with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Detail oriented and good work management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive improvements in process efficiency.
- Computer literacy (well use in Excel and power point)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Competencies of the position
- Good command of English (communication, conversation, presentation)
- Good communication skills to collaborate with both local and international teams
