Qualifications
Key Competencies of the position
- Progress front loading activity and quality requirements management during model development.
- Manage quality problem exchange of CKD part export & import.
- Provide quality problem analysis to find out root cause with improvement idea discussion.
- Qualify quality problem & process improvement activity at overseas and local suppliers.
- Follow up arrangement caused by quality problems, replacement parts, charge cost etc.
- Lead meeting with export & import site for any activity related quality matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality field in automotive industry.
- Good knowledge in motorcycle parts, manufacturing, Quality System and QC Tools for analysis.
- Good command in English.
- Good team collaboration and adaptability skill.
- Negotiation, self-initiate and able to work under pressure.
